Position Overview – Facility Manager Oak Park Mall
Salary based on managerial experience

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing and managing all projects (qualitative & quantitative) booked into the location
  2. Ensuring on-time project execution and meeting client needs
  3. Leading, hiring, and motivating office staff
  4. Conducting project and staff briefings
  5. Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory

What We’re Looking For

  1. Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  2. Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
  3. Strong customer service skills
  4. Basic financial and budgetary understanding
  5. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  6. Prior managerial/supervisory experience is a plus
  7. Market Research experience is a major plus
