Position Overview – Facility Manager Oak Park Mall

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing all projects (qualitative & quantitative) booked into the location
- Ensuring on-time project execution and meeting client needs
- Leading, hiring, and motivating office staff
- Conducting project and staff briefings
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic financial and budgetary understanding
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior managerial/supervisory experience is a plus
- Market Research experience is a major plus
